This job was a typical balcony repair where water had damaged the underlying structural timber. We had to repair and replace the timber, the flooring, use a high quality membrane sealer to ensure the area is waterproof.We then used high quality glue to ensure a good bond to the tiles and membrane. Followed by quality grouting.
